I display my stamps in White Ace albums and White Ace FDC albums -
However, I don't have a good way to display the larger FDC and the booklets - any suggestions would be appreciated

Generally I use a blank album page that I run though my computer printer to add text and a clear mylar "envelope" that I glue on to the page to hold the item. Most printers can handle the White Ace size pages and a little experimentation with your word processor could give you some nice results. You can get the mylar envelopes from a stamp supplier such as Subway.
