The 2010 Scott catalog list Israel 16 as a sheet of 4. No color is given. They list 16a as a dark carmine rose. Israel postage stamps catalog number 14 list the sheet as number 22 in claret and is the only color listed. How can I tell 16 and 16a apart?

16a is a single from the minisheet. 16 is the whole sheet.
