           Please note our November meeting will be held one week earlier than usual as Thanksgiving Day falls on our normal meeting day.

September begins a new Philatelic year and there is the matter of DUES for the coming year. Dues are still $10. Your dues pays only for the newsletter, nothing else. When "IPPSA" has a dinner, dues do not cover any part of it.  Remember this! So please, make out a check for $10.00 to "IPPSA" and mail to:
