Dear Felllow SIP Members,

I would very much like to speak with a collector or a dealer who can tell me more about the Israel "special booklets", of which I own a few. I know that they are not issued by Israel Post, and that there are relatively few of them issued each year. Please contact me directly at RRose1818@aol.com.

Many thanks, and happy 2012!
